Muscle Building

Our promise:  You can shape your body into the one you want (body recomposition)!

“We think it’s great to want to look good!”

At our gym, we celebrate the diverse goals and aspirations of our members. We believe that muscle building is not only acceptable but also a perfectly normal and admirable pursuit. After all, looking good and feeling confident in your own skin are essential aspects of wellbeing. That's why we encourage our members to embrace the journey of building muscle and sculpting their bodies according to their desires.

There is a prevailing misconception that muscle building is solely about vanity or ego. However, we see it differently. Building muscle is a testament to the dedication, discipline, and hard work that individuals put into their fitness routines. We don’t believe that you need a fancy watch, a fancy bag, or a posh vacation to look good.  We believe your body can do that for you… everyday and in any attire.

Common Client Issues:

  • Too big or small in the “wrong places”

  • Can’t seem to grow a certain part of my body

  • Body doesn't look proportional

  • Can’t seem to put on muscle no matter what I try (i.e. hardgainer)

  • I want to get lean and toned but not look like a bodybuilder

At Atlas Fitness, the journey is as important as the destination, that’s why we build bespoke programs for you to progress towards your personal goals while celebrating your effort and hard work.  This way you work to get to the body you want with guidance, encouragement and empathy of the coaches and the community.
