Atlas Fitness is a gym that provides bespoke fitness programs through coaching and supervised training. We cater to a wide range of age groups, physical conditions, fitness and health goals. 

Our goal is to provide you with a suitable and sustainable program that you would enjoy!

    We cater to a wide range of health and fitness concerns with bespoke programs to ensure that they are effective now and in the long term. We want to help our clients find their strength. Space is given to our clients, to comfortably and safely explore their limits. And we provide support that creates lasting & sustainable results, regardless of each one's set of circumstances.

    Space is not only a place it is also an atmosphere. When you’re comfortable, you do better. At Atlas, we create an environment where you feel safe to get to know your body so you can explore its limits — not rushed, not judged, and not pressured.

    We believe in providing relevant support, a bespoke training program is just one of them. Training and Coaching that fit to your age, your training experience, your life stage, and your life and schedule outside the gym. At Atlas, we want training to fit into your life and not overrun it.

  • Coaching is having a companion

    We help you reach your potential, your natural best. Training you isn’t about giving you instructions to follow. It is accompanying you through a journey of empowerment where you discover and develop your self into a stronger and fitter person.

    Environment plays a big role in training progress. That is why Atlas Fitness is committed to giving you your space. A safe and encouraging physical space to train in together with an approach and pace that makes you comfortable to explore your limits.

  • It takes a village

    Our training approach is through Dynamic Supervision. We accompany you 1 to 1 to make sure you are comfortable in the gym environment and and with your program. As you’re able to discover and explore your strength on your own, you move into team supervision. This way you have freedom but also access to the attention, knowledge, and perspectives of the team of coaches present.

  • Bespoke for the best fit

    We tailor the exercise and the speed of execution to your experience and to your life circumstances. Taking into account your skills and your schedule, we will thoughtfully develop a program that will be effective in light of all factors. We do what will work for you.

  • Not just suitable but sustainable

    We aim to empower you to live healthier and fitter for the long term and that can only happen if the programs are sustainable. We want to develop habits that stick so you don’t get sidetracked from your goal. We will periodically evaluate and adjust your program to ensure effectiveness (it works) and adherence (it will continue to work in the long term).
